Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 1 doz
- milk - 4 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- slices bread - 12 item
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Brown sausage; drain grease. Crumble up and cool. Trim crusts from bread and cut into cubes. Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased 9 x 13-inch rectangular pan. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, bake 60 minutes at 350°. Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
