Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 3 item
- mustard - 1 tsp
- sausage - 1 lb
- or more slices cheese - 3 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Grease casserole dish. Break bread into cubes and put into casserole dish. Fry sausage. Put milk, eggs, salt and mustard into bowl; stir. Drain sausage and put on top of bread cubes. Put cheese on top of sausage, then egg mixture and put into refrigerator until morning. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
