Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese croutons - 6 oz
How to make breakfast casserole:
Layer pan with croutons, then sausage, then cheese (9 x 13-inch), then beat together the rest of the ingredients and pour in pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Note: You can add diced ham, any blend of cheese, or other flavored croutons for variety.
