Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- half and half - 2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- slices bread - 6 item
- Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- sausage - 1 pkg
How to make breakfast casserole:
Butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Remove crust from bread and butter. Place in bottom of dish. Brown sausage; drain and sprinkle over bread. Grate cheese and put over sausage. Beat eggs and half and half together. Pour over sausage and cheese. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
