Ingredients/Components
- milk
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar - 2 c
- seasoned croutons
- cooked sausage
How to make breakfast casserole:
Spread croutons in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Cook sausage, stirring to crumble; drain. Sprinkle sausage over croutons. Combine eggs, milk, soup, mushrooms and mustard. Mix well.
