Ingredients/Components

  • inch burrito, 1 per person - 10 item
  • 1/2 eggs per burrito, scrambled and seasoned to taste - 1 item
  • strip bacon or link sausage per burrito, or minced ham - 1 item
  • cheddar cheese, shredded, per burrito - 2 Tbsp
  • Mild or medium salsa to taste - 1 item

How to make breakfast burritos:

Scramble eggs over a campfire; season to taste. Warm burritos in foil over fire (or in microwave if you have electricity). Cook or precook bacon, sausage, or ham slices ahead. Place eggs, meat, into middle of burrito. Add cheese. Add salsa to taste. Fold burrito. Serve with fruit and juice.
