Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium pork chops - 6 item
- crushed white crackers - 1 item
How to make breaded pork chops:
Rinse chops; salt and pepper to taste. Flour lightly. Mix eggs and milk together. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then roll in crackers. Fry in oil until golden brown, turning once. Remove chops and place on grill or broiler pan and bake at 325° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Pork chop.
