- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 2 to
- pineapple - 1/2 c
- scalded milk - 4 c
How to make bread pudding:
Soak bread crumbs in milk. Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla. Mix thoroughly with bread crumbs. Pour into baking dish and cook in 350° oven for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
