  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • bread crumbs - 2 to
  • pineapple - 1/2 c
  • scalded milk - 4 c

How to make bread pudding:

Soak bread crumbs in milk. Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla. Mix thoroughly with bread crumbs. Pour into baking dish and cook in 350° oven for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
