- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 6 c
- brown sugar
- oatmeal - 1 c
- stick oleo, melted - 1/2 item
- to 8 slices bread, cubed - 6 item
How to make bread pudding:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. oatmeal1/2 stick oleo, melted1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar and cubed bread. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan greased. Pour egg mixture over bread. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375° or until set.Make Topping. Sprinkle on top. Bake until crunchy, 10 minutes or so.
