Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- cooking oil - 1 c
- nuts optional - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- Raisin Bran flakes - 1 (15
How to make bran muffins:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add eggs, buttermilk and oil. Add nuts, if desired.Pour in muffin tins. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. This can be used as needed, will store in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
