Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 5 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • buttermilk - 1 qt
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • honey - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 4 item
  • bran - 4 c
  • Raisin Bran flakes - 6 c

How to make bran muffins:

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 6 hours before using. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.

Note: Dough will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
