Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- oil - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- honey - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- bran - 4 c
- Raisin Bran flakes - 6 c
How to make bran muffins:
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 6 hours before using. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.Note: Dough will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
