Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- raisins optional - 1 c
- all-bran cereal
How to make bran muffins:
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside. Measure cereal and milk into mixing bowl and stir to combine. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil to cereal mixture. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Stir in raisins. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
