Blueberry syrup
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- fresh blueberries or 4 c - 4 c
How to make blueberry syrup:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles or ice cream. Yields about 4 cups.Recipe categories: Fruit, Blueberries, Berries.
