Summer fruit bowl
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- seedless grapes - 1 c
- fresh blueberries - 1 c
- sliced fresh strawberries - 1 c
- sherry or orange juice - 1 Tbsp
- can chunk pineapple in juice, drained - 1 oz
How to make summer fruit bowl:
Line 1 1/2-quart bowl with ladyfingers; split sides in. Sprinkle with sherry or orange juice. In another large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, grapes and drained pineapple. In separate bowl, combine coconut, sour cream and vanilla. Fold into fruit. Spoon into ladyfinger-lined bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
