- container Cool Whip - 1 (8
- box lime jello - 1 oz
- large can pears - 1 item
How to make seafoam salad:
Drain pears, reserving juice. Heat 1 cup reserved pear juice to boiling. Using blender, mix jello and pear juice until jello is well dissolved. Add pears and blend (tastes best if pears are slightly lumpy). Add cream cheese and blend. Pour mixture into large bowl. Mix in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until set.This salad is a special part of our Thanksgiving dinner. The kids get very upset if it's not included.
