Blueberry syrup

Ingredients/Components

• C sugar - 1/2 item
• tsp lemon juice - 2 item
• C water - 1/4 item
• Tbsp cornstarch - 1 item
• C light corn syrup - 1/4 item
• C washed blueberries - 2 item

How to make blueberry syrup:

Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add water, corn syrup and lemon juice. Mix well. Stir in blueberries. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce comes to a boil and is thickened. Yields about 1 3/4 cup.
