Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- sifted cake flour - 2 c
- can blueberries - 1 oz
How to make blueberry muffins:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except blueberries; beat 20 to 30 seconds, leaving some lumps. Rinse blueberries; drain and lightly flour. Gently fold in blueberries. Bake in paper-lined muffin tins for 20 to 25 minutes at 400°. Makes 2 dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
