Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- bananas, mashed - 3 item
How to make banana nut bread:
Beat 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup sugar together. Add 2 beaten eggs and 3 bananas mashed to a pulp. Beat well. Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add to first mixture with milk and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in chopped nuts. Bake in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, lined with wax paper on the bottom. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Yeast breads.
