Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- blueberries - 1 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
How to make blueberry muffins:
Combine flour and sugar; set aside. Combine eggs, oil, milk and vanilla. Make a hole in dry mixture and combine. Add blueberries. Will keep several days in refrigerator. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes in muffin tins with paper liners.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
