Blueberry muffins
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1 white
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cup sugar - 1/2 item
- cup skim milk - 1/2 item
- cup fresh or frozen blueberries - 1 item
- 1/2 cups unbleached flour - 1 item
How to make blueberry muffins:
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray muffin tins with Pam or line with paper cups. Mix 1/4 cup flour with blueberries. Set aside. Mix liquid and dry ingredients separately; then combine, mixing just enough to moisten. Fold in blueberries. Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
