Blueberry delight
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- chopped nuts
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- cold water
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 5 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- cream cheese, softened
- container whipped cream - 1 item
- blueberries, rinsed and drained - 4 c
How to make blueberry delight:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 can sweetened condensed milk1/3 c. lemon juice Topping:1/4 c. cold water1 container whipped cream5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour pinch of salt4 c. blueberries, rinsed and drained1 c. sugar1/2 c. water Crust: Mix ingredients together; spread on bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.Filling: Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients; spread on crust.
Topping: Make a smooth paste of 1/4 cup water, flour and salt. Boil 1 cup of blueberries with sugar and 1/2 cup water. Add flour paste; stir until thick. Remove from heat and cool. Add rest of blueberries; spread on top of filling. Top with whipped cream.
