Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- nuts - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- small boxes raspberry jello - 2 item
- small can blueberries - 1 item
How to make blueberry delight:
Dissolve the jello in 2 cups boiling water. Drain the blueberries and pineapple and save the juice. Add fruit and 1 cup juice to mixture and gel. Blend sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Layer on top of congealed jello. Sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Salads, Blueberries.
