Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• brown sugar - 3/4 c
• semi-sweet chocolate chips - 2 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour
• soft butter - 2 sticks
• white sugar - 3/4 c
• pecans, chopped - 3/4 c

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Preheat oven to 375°. Cream and blend together the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Sift together and stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Add chocolate chips and pecans. Drop the batter from a teaspoon onto a cookie sheet, leaving lots of room in between cookies. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cookies are as brown as you wish.
