Blueberry cream muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 16 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 4 c
- fresh blueberries - 2 c
How to make blueberry cream muffins:
Preheat oven to 400°. Beat eggs thoroughly and gradually add sugar. Slowly pour in oil; add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with the sour cream to the egg mixture. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins or cupcake liners. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Yields 24 muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
