Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • unsifted flour
  • nuts optional
  • hot water - 1 c
  • can blueberry pie filling - 1 item
  • Pat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan
  • bottles whipping cream - 2 item

How to make blueberry cream cheese:

Mix ingredients, using fork to cut margarine into mixture. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool before adding cream mixture.Filling:1 small box lime Jell-O1 c. hot water2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. sugar2 bottles whipping cream1 can blueberry pie filling Prepare the Jell-O using hot water. Cool, but do not allow to set. Using an electric mixer, cream the cream cheese with sugar. Add cooled gelatin. Whip the whipping cream and fold into cheese/gelatin mixture. Pour into cooled crust. Just before serving, pour contents of can of blueberry pie filling over the pie. Keep refrigerated.
