Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
- sifted flour
- fresh blueberries - 1 c
- Blend in milk and sifted ingredients
How to make blueberry coffee cake:
Beat the sugar, shortening and egg, using high speed. Blend in milk and sifted ingredients. Gently fold in berries. Spread batter in 8-inch square pan, lightly greased.
