Blueberry cake



Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- sifted flour - 2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- In a second large mixing bowl, cream sugars and oil, then add eggs to this mixture and beat well
- blue berries, if frozen thaw and drain - 1 c
How to make blueberry cake:
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda in a large mixing bowl. In a second large mixing bowl, cream sugars and oil, then add eggs to this mixture and beat well. Add dry ingredients to the batter mixture alternating with buttermilk. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.Topping:1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. nutmeg1/2 c. brown sugar1 c. blue berries, if frozen thaw and drain Mix all topping ingredients together and spoon on top of batter.
