Ingredients/Components

  • sticks butter or margarine - 3 item
  • sugar
  • plain or all-purpose flour - 4 c
  • lemon extract - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 8 item
  • berries - 3 c

How to make blueberry cake:

Set aside 1 cup flour. Cream butter, sugar and berries together. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and extract. Roll berries in extra cup of flour. Mix in also. Grease and flour cake pans. Bake at 325° for 2 hours or until done.
