  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • soft shortening - 1/4 c
  • blueberries - 2 c
  • Stir in milk

How to make blueberry buckle:

Cream sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with crumb mix and bake at 375° for about 35 minutes.Crumb Mixture:1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. margarine
