Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla wafers - 24 item
- can cherry pie filling or any fruit flavor - 1 item
How to make little cheesecakes:
Line cupcake pans with 24 cupcake liners. Put a wafer in each. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Chill. Top each with pie filling.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, > 1 day.
