Black bean dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- freshly ground pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- picante sauce - 3 4
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- can black beans - 1 oz
- chopped jalapeno pepper - 1 tsp
How to make black bean dip:
Drain beans. Mash beans and add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup of cheese. Pour into a 1-quart baking dish. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°. After 10 minutes, pour on remaining cheese and bake until melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Black beans.
