Mexican bean dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground black pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onions - 1/4 c
- picante sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped jalapenos - 1 Tbsp
- can black beans - 1 oz
- grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
How to make mexican bean dip:
Preheat oven to 350°. Drain beans and discard juice. Mash beans with fork, leaving some chunks. Add remaining ingredients, but reserve cheese. Mix well and pour in 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly. Serve with nachos.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Beans.
