- buttermilk - 1/3 1/2
- Crisco - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour White Lily - 1 c
How to make biscuits:
Mix flour and Crisco well. Add buttermilk. Mix with fork and beat; pour out on wax paper that has been floured. Knead and pinch off; roll in palm of hand. Makes 7 to 8 biscuits. Easily doubles.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
