Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- sweet potatoes, cooked and sliced - 3 lb
How to make best ever sweet potatoes:
Boil until thickened. Place sweet potatoes in a buttered dish and top with the remaining ingredients. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°. Top with marshmallows and return to the oven to melt.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
