Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- chopped carrots - 1/2 c
- beef stock - 2 c
- finely shredded cabbage - 1 c
- chopped beets - 2 c
How to make beet soup:
Barely cover carrots and beets with water, simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Add butter, beef stock, cabbage and vinegar. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Carrots, Bisques/cream soups.
