Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped carrots - 1/2 c
  • beef stock - 2 c
  • finely shredded cabbage - 1 c
  • chopped beets - 2 c

How to make beet soup:

Barely cover carrots and beets with water, simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Add butter, beef stock, cabbage and vinegar. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
