Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 4 c
- beer - 6 oz
- Cheez Whiz or Cheddar cheese sauce - 2 c
How to make beer cheese soup:
Mix melted butter with flour. Add broth and milk. Stir over medium heat until smooth. Add cheese sauce until smooth, then add beer.Serve hot. Can be garnished with popcorn or crushed corn chips.
