Ingredients/Components
- wheat germ - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- beer at room temperature - 12 oz
How to make beer bread:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325° for about 1 1/4 hours or until top is brown. Makes 1 loaf.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
