Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- raw rice - 1 c
- to 1 stick butter - 3/4 item
- can beef consomme - 1 item
How to make beefy rice:
Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Mix rice, soup, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until rice is tender. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
