Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- corn flakes - 2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- small onion - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- shredded cheese - 10 oz
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- 1/2 sticks butter, melted - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. During last 30 minutes of baking time top with corn flakes mixed with 1 stick of butter.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
