Beefy mexican soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 5 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- can corn, drained - 1 oz
- hamburger - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 oz
- Hamburger Helper mix for chili tomato - 1 pkg
How to make beefy mexican soup:
In large pot, cook hamburger, onion and green pepper until brown; drain. Stir in sauce mix, water, chili powder, salt and tomatoes. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in macaroni and corn. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
