- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- Tbsp prepared mustard - 2 item
How to make beefy cheese ball:
Let cream cheese stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Beat with mixer until smooth. Chop beef (1 package at a time) in blender; set aside. Add 1 package of beef to cream cheese; add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion and mayonnaise. Mix completely. Shape cheese mixture into a ball on cheese tray; cover ball completely with second package of beef.The flavor is better if made a day ahead of time.
