Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can cream of potato soup - 1 item
- shredded cheese Cheddar or Mozzarella - 3/4 c
- unbaked deep dish pie crust - 1 item
- finely chopped onions or 1 tsp - 2 Tbsp
How to make beef pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake pie crust 10 minutes. Brown and drain hamburger. Mix soup, eggs, salt, pepper, onions and milk; add beef and cheese. Pour into pie shell; cover edges with foil. Bake 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Stew.
