  • cream cheese - 16 oz
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • Accent - 1 tsp
  • small finely chopped onion - 1 item
  • sliced dried beef - 6 oz

How to make beef cheese ball:

Let cheese soften at room temperature, or soften in microwave. Process dried beef until finely chopped. Mix all ingredients except 1/3 cup of processed beef. Shape into ball and roll in the reserved beef. Best when made a day early.
