Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice
- can English peas, drained - 1 item
- medium sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
- small amount of black pepper - 1 item
How to make beef casserole:
Brown onion and ground beef in skillet. Add tomato soup, mushroom soup, cooked rice, peas, salt and pepper; mix well. Put into casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.
