Shrimp a la creole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- chili powder - 4 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- white wine - 1/2 c
- cooked shrimp - 1 lb
- bell pepper, diced - 1 item
- dashes Tabasco sauce - 3 item
- dash Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- cans condensed tomato soup - 3 item
- stalks celery, chopped in large pieces - 4 item
How to make shrimp a la creole:
Saute onion, celery and pepper in large skillet. Add all other ingredients, stirring after each addition. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Shrimp.
