  • salt - 2 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • chili powder - 4 tsp
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • white wine - 1/2 c
  • cooked shrimp - 1 lb
  • bell pepper, diced - 1 item
  • dashes Tabasco sauce - 3 item
  • dash Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • cans condensed tomato soup - 3 item
  • stalks celery, chopped in large pieces - 4 item

How to make shrimp a la creole:

Saute onion, celery and pepper in large skillet. Add all other ingredients, stirring after each addition. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
