- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice
- large cabbage leaves - 12 item
- soup can water - 2/3 item
How to make cabbage rolls:
Partially cook cabbage leaves in boiling salt water about 2 minutes; remove from water and drain. Combine next 6 ingredients; divide meat mixture into 12 parts and wrap each portion in a cabbage leaf. Secure with toothpick. Place in baking dish. Mix tomato soup with water and pour over cabbage leaves. Cover with foil. Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
