Beef cabbage soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 qt
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/3 c
- beef bouillon cubes - 5 item
- ground beef, browned and drained - 1 lb
- head cabbage, cut up - 1/2 item
- large can kidney beans or 3 small cans - 1 item
- cans tomatoes, cut into small pieces - 2 oz
How to make beef cabbage soup:
Brown ground beef and drain. Combine kidney beans, cabbage, tomatoes, bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce in large pan. Pour 2-quarts water over mixture and add ground beef. Cook approximately 2 hours or until cabbage is tender.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Meat, Beef.
