Ingredients/Components

  • water - 2 qt
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/3 c
  • beef bouillon cubes - 5 item
  • ground beef, browned and drained - 1 lb
  • head cabbage, cut up - 1/2 item
  • large can kidney beans or 3 small cans - 1 item
  • cans tomatoes, cut into small pieces - 2 oz

How to make beef cabbage soup:

Brown ground beef and drain. Combine kidney beans, cabbage, tomatoes, bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce in large pan. Pour 2-quarts water over mixture and add ground beef. Cook approximately 2 hours or until cabbage is tender.
