Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- medium onions - 2 item
- sides spareribs - 2 item
How to make barbecued spareribs:
Cut spareribs in serving pieces. Combine rest of ingredients for sauce, except onions. Place a layer of ribs in roasting pan. Slice one onion over them and cover with half the sauce. Repeat layers. Cover pan and bake at 325° for two hours. Uncover last half hour.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, Pork.
