Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 3/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- onions, sliced thin - 2 item
- liquid smoke - 2 tsp
- country style pork spareribs - 3 lb
How to make barbecued spareribs:
Brown ribs in skillet. Transfer ribs to baking dish. Place sliced onions over the top. Mix ketchup, chili powder, liquid smoke, sugar, lemon juice and water and pour over top. Cover and bake at 350° for about 2 hours. Baste occasionally. May add more water if too dry.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, Pork.
