Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 3/4 c
- tomato sauce - 1 c
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- small onions, chopped - 4 item
- spareribs - 3 4
How to make barbecued ribs:
Wash and pat dry the ribs. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan and bake in a 375° oven for 50 minutes, covered. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Reduce heat to 350°. Continue cooking for another 45 to 55 minutes, uncovered. Baste occasionally.Recipe categories: Fruit, Meat, Pork.
